The Kane County Human Resources Consortium is dedicated to the recruitment, selection, and professional growth of quality educators. In order to be considered for a certified position in Geneva District #304, go to the
http://www.teachinkane.org website and begin your application. Your application will become active in a candidate database that can be accessed by school administrators in District #304 and the following school districts:

In addition to filing your application with the Kane County Human Resources Consortium, you will be asked to complete the Teacher Style Profile Builder, a 32-item question inventory related to teaching and learning situations in the classroom.
Following completion of your online application, you must upload the following documents for your application to be considered complete by Geneva District #304 and the other eight school districts in Kane County:
- Letter of application (cover letter)
- Current resume
- Copies of all academic transcripts
- Copies of all teaching certificates
- Three letters of recommendation or college/university placement file
Geneva District #304 will only consider candidates who have completed an online application, completed the Teacher Style Profile Builder, and uploaded the application materials identified in the paragraph above.
