next box tops prize drawing is going to be February 22nd. Entries of 25 or more box tops will be eligible to win a $25 gift card to either Graham’s or Randall Theater – winner’s choice!

vote for its favorite 2019 Rebecca Caudill book nominee on Monday,
February 25th and Tuesday, February 26th. If you have read 3 or more of
the titles on our list, you may vote. Will South vote the way Illinois
does? We shall soon find out!
Science Club has a meeting today after school, right here at GMSS in Mr. Duber’s classroom 154 until 4:25. This is a rescheduled meeting from one that
was cancelled earlier this year.
Wired Crew also has a
meeting today after school in the library.

The 7th Grade Girls' basketball B team lost to Wredling
on Tuesday evening but outscored them in the second half. Hailey Hornick was
owning the post, making her shot from the top of the key. Daphne Zacarias had
some excellent shots, knocking one down from outside the lane. The team all
made awesome passes. The Vikings take on Yorkville tonight at home.
