Attention 7th and 8th grade students. Your
laptop device will be audited on Monday, August 26. Please remember to bring
your computer to school that day. Please see your email from Mrs. Oros for
additional information.
Auditions for the 6th grade play, “Alice @ Wonderland” are next week.
Auditions will take place in the cafeteria next Tuesday and Wednesday after school from 3:30 to 4:30. Sign-up in the main office or the 6B team center – be sure to take an audition form and a script excerpt.
And you only need to attend one day of the auditions. See Mrs. Poppen in 6B or Mrs. Surjan in 8B
with any questions.
Mark your calendar for Student Council’s Ice Cream Social on Thursday, August 29th in the Food’s Room 172 after school until 4:25. This is a FREE event for all
South students to catch up with old friends, meet some new friends and get the
school year off to a great start.
Don’t forget that Monday is Picture Day! You will have your picture taken during PE
classes.
Intramurals will
be starting very soon and all students are invited to participate! The first two programs will be FLAG FOOTBALL
beginning on Monday, September 9th after school and SOFTBALL beginning on
Tuesday, Sept. 10th after school.
