It’s the season of giving, Vikings,
and you can easily make the holidays great for someone in need. There is a collection box in the office for
the Toys for Kids Program and all you have to do is bring a new, unwrapped, toy
or book to the office or library. As a bonus, any student that brings in a newly
purchased toy for the box will have their library fines forgiven! No library
fine? Why not make a toy donation just so you can help a family in need have a
nice holiday. You don’t have to wrap it; just bring your gift to the office. We
will be collecting until this Friday December 10th. Thanks in advance!
Social
Studies Club will be taking on North in the first annual North versus South
Civil War dodgeball today after school. If you’d like to join Social Studies Club,
this would be a great opportunity to enlist. Meet in Mr. Fader‘s room 110
today right after school. The meeting will end at 4:25.
Geneva
Middle School North and South will be offering another Community Service
project on Monday, December 11th from 3:30 – 4:30 in the Sewing room
at North. We will be making fleece tie
blankets for patients at Delnor Hospital who are unable to go home for the
holidays. Our goal is to make 50
blankets.
From
the Sports Desk:
