It’s the season of giving, Vikings, and you can easily make the holidays great for someone in
need. There is a collection box in the
office for the Toys for Kids Program and all you have to do is bring a new,
unwrapped, toy or book to the office or library. As a bonus, any student that
brings in a newly purchased toy for the box will have their library fines
forgiven! No library fine? Why not make a toy donation just so you can help a
family in need have a nice holiday. You don’t have to wrap it; just bring your
gift to the office. We will be collecting until this Friday December 10th. Thanks in advance!
Social
Studies Club will be taking on North in the first annual North versus South
Civil War dodgeball tomorrow after school. If you’d like to join social studies
club, this would be a great opportunity to enlist. Meet in Mr. Fader‘s
room tomorrow right after school. The meeting will end at 4:25.
Attention
all 8th grade music students! Permission slips and payment for this
year's field trip to Drury Lane Theater are due TODAY. Please bring your
form and payment in a sealed envelope. All forms should be turned in by
the end of the school day to your music teacher.

7th
and 8th grade girls’ basketball tryouts will be held on Monday, December 18th
and Tuesday, December 19th. Tryouts will run until 5:20 both days.
All girls that are interested in coming out need to have a current sports
physical on file.
