GMSN Track Congratulations goes out to the Seventh Grade Girls Track Team in their win against Haines on Monday. The threesome of Reiss Christensen, Lily Ryan and Andrea Ramirez swept the 800 meters, while Natalie Drake, Katrina Kupetis and Ava Hartley swept the long jump! In addition, Emily Masters and Caitlin Morgan took first and second place in the triple jump. Great job Seventh Grade Girls Track team!

The 7th grade boys track team defeated Haines by a score of 88-26 on Monday. Brendan Tye took first in the 100 and 200, while Dylan Pratt took first in the triple jump and second in the 100 and 200. Logan Arni placed first in the high jump and the long jump. Logan Keen won the 1600 with Clayton Williams claiming first place in the 800. Daniel Strohm also won the discus with an impressive 72 foot throw.

Intramural Volleyball will begin next week after school. This is a great way for 6th graders who will be trying out in the fall to get some extra practice with the coaches. Permission slips will be in the main office or see Ms. Nothnagel with questions.

GHS Boys Volleyball Middle School Night: The Geneva High School Boys' Volleyball team is hosting a middle school night. Come see the boys' take on Elgin High School today in the Contest Gym at Geneva High School at 4:30 for a chance to win a $10 gift card to a store or restaurant of your choice. SOCIAL STUDIES CLUB! Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Social Studies Club meets TODAY after school until 6:30. Please meet in Mr. Cook's room.
