Both
teams came out ready to shoot last night in the North vs. South 8th grade A
basketball game. Andrew Mueller and Tyler Quisling knocked down some big 3's.
The Vikings seemed to play tug-a-war with our neighbors to the North
over the lead but in the end came up a little short.
Like
our Chicago Bears, the South 8th grade B team buckled down and
continued to take care of business, defeating Geneva North in dramatic
fashion. Thomas Wiedenhoeft had a great
game offensively, JT Frieders dropped a big 3 late, and Matt Fregley came up
with steal of the season on the last possession to seal the victory and win by
2.
