From the Sports Desk:

The 7th grade girls A team played extremely tough last night but couldn't escape with the win. Despite the physical play by Thompson, Caroline Madden still played like a relentless bull dog on both sides of the court. The girls look to rebound against Batavia on Thursday.

The 7th Grade Girls B team rocked it last night, falling just short to Thompson. The team took some sharp shots, played aggressive D, and really worked together. Lyndsey Brazener was all over the paint last night on D, denying it inside and grabbing rebounds left and right. Coach is proud of the team for their fight. The Vikings will take on Rotolo tomorrow at home.

The 8th grade A girls basketball team came out hungry last night against Thompson. Thanks to Breyana's 5 - 3 pointers, the girls were 1 point away from hanging a 50 burger on Thompson. That's right, Mr. Sharko, a 50 burger!

There were plenty of leftovers in the B game. Maddy Ptak and Morgan Hogdgon asked for a doggie bag after the A game because they were also hungry. Maddy and Morgan helped lead the Vikings to another victory by some huge baskets, rebounds, and passes.
