The
Variety Show is going to be this Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. There is a rehearsal
after school today until 4:30 and a dress rehearsal tomorrow after school for
the Friday night cast only.
Attention 8th grade girls. Basketball tryouts are
going to be December 17th and 18th. Remember, you MUST have a current
physical on file before tryouts. If you
are not sure if you have a physical on file, you can check in the main office.
GMSS’s Barnes and Noble Book Fair is THIS Wednesday! Fiddle Club and Viking Voices will both be performing. When you attend the book fair, you’ll have a chance to win some cool prizes like a clip-on blue tooth speaker, Barnes and Noble or Starbucks gift cards, and other prizes.
Come pick out some Christmas presents, read to a younger sibling, challenge your parent to a big game of chess or pick up a hot chocolate or other treat at the cafe.

Remember the inspirational story of the Man with the Red Bandana who was one of the 9/11 heroes? Well, there is still plenty of time to stop by the library from now through December 21st to help spread the Red Bandana message throughout our middle school campus. It’s so easy to do and only takes a minute!
Leo’s Club has paired up with the Salvation Army’s Toys for Kids Program, and you can help by purchasing a new toy for a child in need and placing it, unwrapped, in the donation box in the office.
Also, Leo’s Club is meeting today after school until 4:25 in Ms. Beyer’s room in 6B.
