All athletes must register on the Snap! website before the start of the season / first day of tryouts for all sports. You can find the Snap! registration login page here: Snap Login
 
All athletes must have a current physical on file before the first day of tryouts/practices.  Athletes will NOT be allowed to participate without a current physical and/or an online registration.

Physicals are valid for 395 days from the exam date and must remain valid throughout the season.  Click here for the IHSA Physical Evaluation Forms or download them from the Snap! registration site.
