School Calendar & First Day of School

First Day of School: Thursday, August 20th (8:00 AM – 2:15 PM)
Doors open: 7:45 AM — Instruction begins promptly at 8:00 AM on normal school days.

Students and parents will meet in back on the playground blacktop starting at 7:45 am. Homeroom signs will be used to separate each classroom.   If your student is a bus rider, please see them off on the bus like any other day.  Parents can then follow the bus to school and meet them in front to all go back to the festivities together. Teachers will escort their class into school before 8:00 am.   Parents will not follow students into the building.

We will say the pledge at 8:00 am sharp and staff will head straight to classrooms upon entering the building.   Friendly reminder to please keep pets at home and off school property during arrival and dismissal.   We recommend arriving between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM for a calm start to the day.  Main Office Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM daily
