At the forum, the school district's attorney, Rick Petesch, outlined why the school district is concerned about the City of Geneva’s proposed Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District 3. His presentation slides are also available online.
The City of Geneva is holding a public hearing on the proposed TIF District 3 on May 16.
