Spirit Week continues tomorrow with Tropical Day!  Wear your tropical gear to school! 

 

Attention Gamers - the first gaming club meeting is today from 3:30-4:25. Meet upstairs in the team center outside Room 254 for our epic first meeting!

 

The first meeting of Viking Alliance is this Thursday after school in the reading lounge until 4:20 p.m.

If you believe in diversity and support equality for all, this club is for you!

 

Art Club starts today! If you have already turned in your permission slip, head to Ms. Marks’ room 269 after school. Art club runs until 4:20, so please make sure you have arranged your ride home!  

 

Tomorrow is National See you at the Pole Day.  FCA is meeting Wednesday at 8:05 outside at North's flagpole, where we will be praying for our school, friends, family, and community.  All are welcome.

 

Math club starts this Thursday after school until 4:20 in room 122 at North. Join us for a fun opening game of math basketball and a snack. Please arrange for your ride to pick you up at 4:20 or take the activity bus. 

 

FCA Basketball is on tomorrow! Join us to connect and scrimmage in the morning in the North Blue Gym. As always, all are welcome. Doors open at 7:15am.

 

Our next FCA meeting is this Friday in South's community room starting at 7:45. Please join us for faith, fun, fellowship and donuts.

Last night, the Viking varsity football team defeated the Yorkville Foxes 28-8. Cody Rader connected with Maddox Carson for two touchdowns and Cody Brown added another on the ground and a fourth on a 65 yard interception return for a score.

 

Your JV Viking Football team defeated Rotolo 20 to 16 yesterday. Cooper Czupek was dominant with two touchdowns: one on the ground and one through the air from Casey Brylka. Go Vikings!

Yesterday, it was an Ace party as the 8th grade Vikings volleyball team logged 26 aces over the course of 2 games. Hayden Sala had an 11-point serving streak, and Ava Benjamin cooked at the net. Vikings play again at home on Thursday-Mr. Lane will be handing out autographed fanny packs!

The Herget Huskies traveled to South last night and played your 7th grade girls volleyball teams. Daisy Cane and Lyla Black ran up the score with over 15 points in serves each. Violet Lennon had great offense including a back set for a side out. Grace Hoffman and Jane Fellinger clenched the victory for the Vikings with their on-point serves!
