The cross-country team headed out to Sycamore yesterday for the second meet of the season. The girls swept the competition and managed to earn a perfect score. Riley Dunnett finished first with Elenna Mamminga, Lyla Clemmons, Alexis Guess and Haddie Wilkinson right behind! The boys just missed the W by 2 points! Griffin Poterek came in second and Declan Hallahan sprinted the last 200 meters for a great finished!
Attention 6th graders, today is your last chance to audition for the 6th grade play! You’ll have tons of fun and make new friends, so we hope to see you after school in the cafeteria. Pick up an audition packet from the main office or the table in the 6 Blue Team Center next to Ms. Poppen’s office. See Mr. Tatar or Ms. Poppen for more information.
A reminder to staff and students that there are small green or blue recycling bins in the team centers for pens, pencils, markers, and glue sticks. Please think before throwing these away and instead put them in the recycling bins. Feel free to bring any dried-up markers, pens and glue sticks from home too.
