Just a reminder that the library is still collecting items for the Mid Valley Valentine project. You can bring items until this Tuesday, February 14.  At Lunch in the Library this coming Tuesday we will need some kind students to create, assemble, and deliver the bags. No need to sign up, just bring your lunch next Tuesday!

It's almost time for the next Dungeons and Dragons meeting! We will meet on Monday after school in Ms. Riley's room! Hope to see you there!

The next gaming club meeting is Tuesday, and then there will be a break until middle of March.  Come play some video games with your friends and start preparing for the yearly tournament in the Springtime!

The Creative Writing Club will meet at North next Thursday morning before school. Please plan to meet in Room 103 across from the office at 7:40 am and bring your story for the contest!

From the Sports Desk:

On Wednesday, it was National Periodic Table Day, and did you know that there is one letter not represented on the periodic table?  I'll give you a second to guess...the answer is J.  But there was a J represented at the 8th grade girls’ basketball game last night.  J as in a jump shot.  Samantha Samuelson knocked down a jumper late in the game to make sure the Vikings came out on top against Aurora Washington.

The 7th grade girls A Team steamrolled the competition last night and almost put up a 50 burger.  Jillian Bultman, Avery Edison, and Abby Frazer sparked the team with some spectacular steals, sharp shooting, and dynamic drives.  Salute!
