Congratulations to several student authors from Geneva High School who earned awards at the 2020 DuKane Conference Literary Festival. The spring conference was canceled due to the pandemic, says Literary Festival Sponsor and English Teacher Mrs. Heather Peters, but judges were still able to determine the winners and announce them this fall.
A special congratulations goes to Emily Hancock, who received the Critic’s Choice award in Short Fiction, making her the conference champion in that category.
