Continue to Report to Us: Be sure to call your school’s attendance line during Winter Break if:
- Your child or anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently in isolation; OR?
- Your child is a close contact to a confirmed case/has been told to quarantine

COVID-19 Dashboard: Due to the holidays, the
COVID-19 Dashboard will be updated today (Dec. 22) and the next update will be Jan. 14.
Updating Information in HAC: If your child has been fully vaccinated and you wish to share that information with the school, please make a copy of either their CDC vaccination card or a record from their physician and upload the file into Home Access Center by following these steps:
- Log into Home Access Center at this link
- Click on the “Registration” icon and then “Update Registration” tab
- Click on the “***Click here for Data Verification*** link
- Go to section labeled “Documents: Birth Certificate/Two Forms of Residency” and use the “Click here to upload new file” link to begin uploading documentation
- Click “Submit” at the end for the form to be submitted
File Uploading Tips: Most file formats will be accepted when uploading into the system (.PDF, .JPG, .PNG, etc.). Before uploading, name the file according to the student and its content (Example: LastNameFirstNameVaxCard). Do not include any symbols or special characters in the file name.
