Geneva Schools to Host Kindergarten Roundup on March 3; Enrollment Now Open
Kindergarten Enrollment Now Open for 2020-21

Geneva CUSD 304 elementary schools will enroll kindergarten students for the 2020-21 school year during Kindergarten Roundup on Tuesday, March 3. Parents can enroll their child at their neighborhood school anytime between 4-7 p.m. on this day. Appointments are not needed.   
 
Prior to attending Kindergarten Roundup, parents should review the Kindergarten Enrollment instructions below, which also are available at this link.   
 
The Kindergarten Enrollment process consists of three main steps:  
 
1. Complete the Online Enrollment Form before March 3 at this link
 
2. Attend Kindergarten Roundup between 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at your child's elementary school. Please bring the following documents to Kindergarten Roundup, which will be photocopied and returned to parents or guardians: 
  • Child's original birth certificate or a certified copy (photocopies are not accepted) 
  • Two proof of residency documents listed at this link (one from Category A and one from Category B)
  • Any legal custody documents that pertain to the student (if applicable) Parent or guardian's proof of identity (driver's license, passport, etc.)
3. Pay registration fees, which will be explained by your child's school at or after Kindergarten Roundup.  
 
If a parent is unable to attend this district-wide kindergarten enrollment event, they should still complete the Online Enrollment Form and then contact the Central Administration Offices at 630-463-3000 after March 3.    
 
State law requires that children must be 5 on or before Sept.1, 2020, to be eligible to attend kindergarten during the 2020-21 school year.  See the district boundary maps at this link to determine which school a child will attend.
