Who We Are

In the fall of 2009, Fabyan Elementary opened its doors, bringing students and staff together for the first time. Students from Western Avenue Elementary, Heartland Elementary, and Mill Creek Elementary; faculty members from throughout the district; and families joined together to begin new traditions for Fabyan. The year was filled with many “new” ideas and activities. Students and faculty voted on their school mascot and the Fabyan Falcons were formed! 
 
Our school is home to the following programs:
  • K-5 classrooms (2 sections in each grade level)
  • GELP (Geneva Early Learning Program)
  • 2 Mid-Valley classrooms (Primary New Pathways and Intermediate New Pathways)
 
Fabyan is a nurturing environment where curiosity is encouraged, new ideas are developed, and learning is a collaborative adventure. Our focus is to engage students in the problem-solving process both in the academic and social-emotional arena. Students learn best when they feel connected and confident, both areas we take great pride in at Fabyan.
 
With the active involvement of our parents, the support from our community, the energy from our enthusiastic students, and the engaging instruction from our Fabyan faculty, we will continue the tradition of excellence in Geneva School District!
