Support Issue: We are aware of an issue with the mobile app's ability to report a class period absence. A current work around is to use the browser-based version of ParentVue by using Edge, Chrome, or Safari.
New for the 2026-27 school year, parents should
report a student's absence with ParentVUE. ParentVUE makes it easy! In fact, you can report absences up to 14 days in advance. Keep in mind, that once an absence is submitted on ParentVUE, if you need to make any changes, you will need to call the Attendance Line.
In the "Notes" section, please be sure to state the reason for your student’s absence:
- For partial day absences, indicate the pickup or arrival time
- For illness, note their symptoms, when symptoms started and if they have a fever greater than 100, a cough, sore throat, vomiting or diarrhea within the last 24 hours. Also note if they have tested positive for any type of illness. Thank you for keeping your sick student home!
Since each school may have its own procedures and requirements, please watch for communications from your student’s school regarding important instructions and updates.
The call-in Attendance line phone numbers below will remain available for parents and guardians without internet access and for those needing to make a change to an absence reported in advance. But ParentVUE absence reporting is the preferred method.
