The Fabyan Elementary School staff has been hard at work to develop a new Mission Statement, according to Principal Mrs. Lauri Haugen. The new Mission statement can be found on the school's

- Encourage problem-solvers who demonstrate perseverance
- Challenge students to enhance their strengths and gain independence through innovative learning experiences
- Foster respectful, responsible and empathetic citizens
