If your incoming freshman will not be attending Geneva High School next year, please contact the Geneva High School Counseling & Advising Office as soon as possible at 630-463-3830 or e-mail the Registrar at [email protected].
If your incoming sophomore, junior or senior will not be attending Geneva High School next year, a Parent or Guardian must complete and sign a Student Withdrawal Form available in the Counseling & Advising Office.
Additionally, all outstanding fees must be paid and the following items returned:
The sooner a Student Withdrawal Form is processed, the sooner the student will be able to enroll in classes at their new school - an unofficial transcript and immunization record will be provided to assist with enrollment. Official school records will be forwarded once all obligations have been met and a records request is received from the new school confirming enrollment.
