Greetings from Geneva 304!

It is an honor and privilege to serve as the superintendent of this wonderful school community.  Here in Geneva 304, we have a caring and dedicated staff, creative and hardworking students, supportive and engaged parents, an active and vibrant community, and an all-around wonderful place for students to learn and grow.

Geneva 304 has a long-standing Tradition of Excellence, and while we are certainly proud of that tradition, we are also determined to innovate, improve, and keep moving forward! As a learning community, we are committed to educating and preparing our students with the knowledge, skills, and personal qualities necessary to be productive citizens. By focusing on the values of preparation, excellence, and empowerment we know that our students can achieve excellence and succeed in our evolving and increasingly complicated world. We are truly excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for our students, staff, and school community!

As the superintendent of Geneva 304, I am committed to infusing positivity, optimism, and an aspirational belief in ourselves and each other. As Simon Sinek notes, the most effective organizations and institutions are those in which people can work and achieve their natural best. Our goal is to foster an environment in which everyone in our school community can thrive. I am so excited to work together as we continue to build a positive and innovative culture for our students and community!

Best,
Andrew J. Barrett, Ed.D.
