Please read these guidelines before submitting a flyer to the Online Backpack.
Submission Deadline: The Online Backpack is updated every Friday throughout the school year. Please ensure that your flyer is submitted no later than the Wednesday of the week in which you wish your flyer to be posted.
All schools, school-related booster groups/organizations, community partners, and local non-profit organizations are able to submit flyers for posting in this venue. Suitability and approval are at the discretion of Geneva School District, which reserves the right to deny requests for the posting of flyers on the Online Backpack.
Flyers must communicate an event, opportunity, or information for students, parents or families. Requests from non-District affiliated groups to post flyers advertising fundraisers, such as car washes or product sales, will not be considered. Additionally, requests from for-profit entities will not be considered.
To be considered, formally recognized local non-profit organizations must verify they have received non-profit status from either the Internal Revenue Service or Illinois Department of Revenue.
Postings to the Online Backpack are updated every Friday. The Communications Office handles all requests for the posting of information on the District’s Online Backpack. To submit a flyer for consideration, please fill out the form below. Submissions in multiple languages are welcome.
Approval does not imply Geneva School District’s endorsement. Previous approval of a group or organization’s flyers does not automatically imply future approval.
An email blast is sent to District 304Connects subscribers weekly while school is in session advising parents of new postings and providing a link to the backpack.
