Geneva High School Registration Information

2021-22 Returning Student Registration
Registration information for the 2021-2022 school year was mailed on June 9, 2021, to families of returning students.  If you recently moved and have not changed your address, please log into HAC to make the change and upload the required documents.  Students in grades 10-12 who wish to apply for a 1st-semester parking spot must return the application they received to the high school main office no later than 3:30 pm on Monday, July 19th.
GHS Registration is ONLINE!  The following steps must be completed before your student is registered at Geneva High School:
  1.  Complete the required online verification in Home Access Center
  2.  Beginning Monday, June 14th, log into PushCoin to pay the required  registration and course fees
    (Tip: use eCheck to avoid credit card fees). If you do not have a PushCoin account, you will need to
    create one at


Required Health Forms
The following are health requirements for GHS students and students new to Illinois.  For more information on health requirements for school entry, please click HERE   
9th Grade: 
  • Physical and Immunization Form (Claim for Exemption(s) if applicable) *Due prior to schedule distribution week in August.
    Please send the nurse office at GHS a copy of the physical or proof of an appointment card. The appointment MUST be dated prior to Oct. 15, 2021.
    For 9th Grade and New Students, this physical also serves as the IHSA sports physical for the year.
    The IHSA sports physical form may not be used in place of the Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination Form. 
    *for those in athletics please send a copy of the 9th grade physical to the nurse office and the athletic office
  • Dental Exam Form
12th Grade: 
  • Meningococcal MCV4 Booster *Due prior to schedule distribution week in August
    • ONE dose of Meningococcal (MCV4) if the one dose was given after the age of 16 years.
    • TWO doses of Meningococcal (MCV4) if the first dose was given before the age of 16 years.  The first dose typically is given during middle school after the age of 11yrs.
