New Student Enrollment
This is a one-time process for guardians of every student who is new to Geneva School District. If your student is new to the district, visit the New Student Enrollment page.

What's New for 2026-27

ParentVUE replaces Home Access Center - The new ParentVUE online system and mobile app makes it easier than ever to stay informed, engaged, and connected throughout the school year. 

Report Absences in ParentVUE - Report a student's absence with ParentVUE. ParentVUE makes it easy! In fact, you can report absences up to 14 days in advance. 

2026-27 Returning Student Registration

Registration information for the 2026-2027 school year will be emailed in July 2026 to families of returning students.  If you recently moved and have not changed your address, or did not complete enrollment/residency verification, please log into ParentVue starting August 3 to make the change and upload the required documents.  Students in grades 11-12 who wish to apply for a 1st-semester parking spot must complete the online parking application.
 
GHS Registration is ONLINE!  The following steps must be completed before your student is registered at Geneva High School: 
  1.  Complete the required online verification: We’re excited to share that progress on our transition to ParentVUE, our new student information system, is going great! In fact, we’re ahead of schedule and are opening parent access one month earlier than planned. On August 3, you’ll receive an email with an activation link and instructions to set up your ParentVUE account. PLEASE NOTE: if the required online residency/enrollment verification was not completed for your child(ren) in March 2026 (previously completed in HAC), you must complete the required online verification in ParentVue.
  2.  Log into PushCoin to pay the required registration and course fees starting Monday, July 20, 2026.
    (Tip: use eCheck to avoid credit card fees). If you do not have a PushCoin account, you will need to create one. 

Fee Waiver Application
Some families may qualify for their GHS school fees to be waived. The Board of Education for Geneva Community Unit School District 304 requires a separate application for a waiver of school fees. An Application for Fee Waiver needs to be completed IN ADDITION TO the Free Lunch Application.  

Required Health Forms

All New Students, 9th graders, and 12th graders have mandated School Health Forms due at the beginning of the school year. Call your physician now to schedule your appointments: The mandated examinations for your student's grade are available on the Health Services page, where you can print forms to bring to your health care provider.  Forms may be turned in to your child's school as soon as they are completed.
