Mr. Tom Rogers, Principal of Geneva Community High School, is completing his 26th year in Geneva CUSD 304. Mr. Rogers taught 8th grade social studies at Geneva Middle School from 1990 to 1995. During that time he coached middle school football, varsity girls basketball, freshman and sophomore baseball, and sophomore boys basketball at the high school. During the 1994-1995 school year he served as the Student Assistance Coordinator at Harrison Street Elementary School. In 1995, Mr. Rogers was hired as the Geneva Community High School Athletic/Activities Director. He served as the GHS assistant principal from 1998 to 2005 and as associate principal from 2005-2007 before assuming his duties as principal in 2007.
Mr. Rogers earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and completed his Masters Degree in Educational Leadership at National-Louis University.
Outside of school Mr. Rogers enjoys spending time with his wife and visiting his three children at their respective college campuses, all of whom graduated from Geneva Community High School.
