When your child is absent from Western Avenue School, please call the school attendance line before 8:00 a.m. If your child is not in school and we have not heard from you, the school will call you to confirm the absence.

This procedure is vital for the safety of our students. Western's Attendance Line voice mail is available 24 hours a day.

Parents may request homework to be picked up after 2:15 p.m. in the office or to be sent with a sibling.
