New Student Enrollment

This is a one-time process for guardians of every student who is new to Geneva School District. Enroll your student on the District's website.

Returning Student Verification
Families complete the returning student verification process each spring.

Once a child is enrolled and/or verification is complete, WAS provides school registration steps for each school year. SCROLL DOWN for current registration information.

2026-27 Registration

Western Avenue School registration is done online. Please follow the instructions below and complete all steps between July 20-August 14, 2026 to ensure we are prepared to welcome your student(s) for the upcoming school year.

Pay required registration fees in PushCoin (Tip: use eCheck or debit card to avoid credit card fee).
Print, complete, and return required health forms below.
Review optional purchases and donations below.
If not completed earlier this Spring, returning students should complete the required verification.

Fee Waiver Application

Some families may qualify to have their school fees waived. The Board of Education for Geneva Community Unit School District 304 requires a separate application for a waiver of school fees. An Application for Fee Waiver needs to be completed IN ADDITION TO the Free Lunch Application. Both applications can be found on the district website or can be picked up at your student’s school.

Required Health Forms

All New Students, Kindergarteners, and 2^nd graders have mandated School Health Forms due at the beginning of the school year. Call now to schedule your appointments: Click here to see the mandated examinations for your grade and print to bring to your provider. Forms may be turned in to your child's school as soon as they are completed.
