2024-25 Registration Information

To register your child(ren) at Williamsburg, please complete the following steps: 
1.  Pay required registration fee in PushCoin. (Tip: Use eCheck or debit card to avoid credit card fees). 
2.  Returning students must complete Enrollment Verification for the 2024-25 school year on Home Access Center
3.  Review and submit applicable Williamsburg forms (e.g. Incoming Kindergarten Parent Survey, New Student YARD Welcome SIGN, WES PTO Donation>Registration>Directory, etc.) by clicking on the links below.

Please note that your child(ren) will not be placed in a class until the above are complete.

Fee Waiver Application

 

New for 2024-25, some families may qualify to have their school fees waived. The Board of Education for Geneva Community Unit School District 304 requires a separate application for a waiver of school fees. An Application for Fee Waiver needs to be completed IN ADDITION TO the Free Lunch Application. Both applications can be found on the district website or can be picked up at your student’s school.

Health Services Required Health Forms

The following health forms are required for Incoming Kindergarteners and 2nd grade students. Please turn them into the health office prior to the first day of school. Details regarding health requirements for new students and access to print all Geneva 304 health forms are available through the Health Services page.


Kindergarten:

  • Physical and Immunization Form (with Lead screening & Claim for Exemption(s) if applicable)
  • Dental Form
  • Eye Examination Form

Second Grade: 

  • Dental Form
