About the Annual Registration Process for 2026-27

The district is transitioning to a new student information system to manage student data for the 2026-27 school year, it's called ParentVUE. In August 2026, parents/guardians will receive an email to activate their ParentVUE accounts. Then, on August 7, parents will be able to access student schedules, classroom assignments, and transportation information in ParentVUE. Read more about the new student information system, ParentVUE.
The annual returning student registration process helps the District ensure that family information is up-to-date and greatly helps as we plan for staffing and space needs for the upcoming school year. Annual returning student registration consists of three steps. 

Note: If your student is NOT returning to school in the fall, please contact your school's main office to let them know.

1. Complete Online Verification in ParentVUE (Returning Students Only)
  • The window to complete Online Verification for the 2026 school year was Monday, March 2-27, 2026. 
  • Online verification is required for all returning students who will be entering preschool-12th grade in the fall. (If you already enrolled your kindergartner as a new student this spring, you do not need to complete this step.) 
  • During this process, you'll be asked to upload two documents that verify your residency in Geneva. This process helps us plan for next year. It only takes a few minutes, and fees will not be due until July. Please take a moment to complete this important step.
  • You will need to activate your ParentVUE account with an activation link, please contact support at [email protected] OR 630-463-3097. Existing families will need to complete this step to access Online Registration for the first time in the 2026-27 school year. Once your ParentVUE account is activated, you will be able to access the Online Registration system.

Translation Support: For Spanish-speaking families who need translation support or device access to complete these registration tasks, please contact the district's Central Office at 630-463-3000.

Registration Timelines

PreK-12 Returning Student Verification - Required each spring prior to the upcoming school year.

Complete Registration and Pay Fees - In PushCoin between July 20-August 14, 2026

Class Assignments, Schedules and Transportation Information - Available in ParentVUE on August 7. 

Login Credentials for the new system, ParentVUE - Delivered to parents by email on August 3.
