About the Annual Registration Process

The annual returning student registration process helps the District ensure that family information is up to date, and greatly helps as we plan for staffing and space needs for the upcoming school year. Annual returning student registration consists of three steps.

1. Complete Online Verification in Home Access Center (Returning Students Only)
  • The window to complete Online Verification for the 2024-25 school year is Friday, April 26-Friday, May 17
  • Online verification is required for all returning students who will be entering preschool-12th grade in the fall. (If you already enrolled your kindergartner as a new student this spring, you do not need to complete this step.) 
  • To begin the Online Verification process, please log into Home Access Center on or after Friday, April 26, at this link. (After logging in, click on the “Update Enrollment” tab.)

2. Complete Online School Registration Information
3.  Pay School Fees
  • Schools will communicate information regarding school fees to all PreK-12 families in June. 
  • Please stay tuned to your school's email communications for these details.

Proof-of-residency: If your living circumstances have changed because you have experienced a loss of housing due to hardship, and you have difficulty or are unable to complete registration online, please call us at 630-463-3000.
