New Student Enrollment
This is a one-time process for guardians of every student who is new to Geneva School District.

Once a child is enrolled and/or verification is complete, GMSS provides school registration steps for each school year. SCROLL DOWN for current registration information.

2026-27 Returning Student Registration

Geneva Middle School South has moved to a digital registration process and will not be sending home registration packets. Please follow these steps to register your 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student for 2026-27:

Pay registration fees on Pushcoin. (Between July 20-August 14, 2026)
Review the additional forms below (These items will not need to be returned to consider registration complete)

Fee Waiver

The Board of Education for Geneva Community Unit School District 304 requires a separate application for a waiver of school fees. An Application for Fee Waiver needs to be completed IN ADDITION TO the Free Lunch Application. Both applications can be found on the district website or can be picked up at your student’s school.

Fee Waiver Application - updated by mid-July each year. Applications must have all supporting documents attached/received to be considered complete.

Free Lunch Program

If you are earning at or below the current Income Eligibility Guidelines, we encourage you to fill out a school meal application. We will process your application and issue an eligibility determination.

Required Health Forms

All New Students, and 6^th graders have mandated School Health Forms due at the beginning of the school year. Call your physician now to schedule your appointments: View a list of the mandated examinations for your grade and print it to bring to your provider. Forms may be turned in to your child's school as soon as they are completed.
