Attention Music students: Today is a Band/Orchestra day

From the Sports Desk:

The 7th grade girls’ basketball B team played well but lost to Thompson Navy last night. NaKayla had a great 'and-one!' drive to the hoop. Lucy played strong in the post. Katerina had some great drives that got her to the free throw line twice. And Ainsley drained a 3 from outside.

The 7th grade A team once again battled in the second half, but the comeback came up just short.  Breeyana Adams was doing her best Steph Curry impersonation, while Hannah McMillen and Morgan Curran both played solid games.

Even though it was a loss in the books, the 8th grade girls’ basketball team played one of their best games of the year. The girls hung with Thompson through 4 quarters thanks to a big three by Zosia.
