The 7th grade girls’ basketball team had a big weekend. Led by All-Tournament team nominees, Emma Peterson, Nora Hatton, and Abby Frazer, the troops dominated both their games on Friday night. On Saturday the girls knocked off Kaneland in the quarter finals and played their best game of the year to take down North in the semi-finals. Ultimately, the girls ran out of gas in the Championship game but still came away with the 2nd place trophy. Salute!
