Self-care is an important part of mental health management. Some examples include reading a book, meditating, writing, drawing, exercising, listening to music, and so much more! Find what works for you and make sure to carve time out every day. Start tomorrow by wearing your comfiest clothes to school, this could be sweatpants and a sweatshirt or even your pajamas!

 

Viking Gamer Club for 7th and 8th graders will take place on Friday from 3:20-5:20. Remember you can invite your teachers to come play with us.

 

The Boys Volleyball Team had a very exciting final match of their season last night against North. In the first varsity game, there were great blocks and hits from Brennan Vostal, Sebastian Kukalak, and Joey Colangelo. There were also impressive digs from Nick Norkus, and we saw fantastic serves from Henry Sartell and Luke Sherry. In the second varsity match, Ryan Beaulieau had impressive serves that got the whole team going wild. Blake Cornish and Emils Slokenbergs had their best games of the season. Ali Shabbir and Caiden Newcomb wouldn't let anything come over the net, and Jack VanCamp made some amazing passes. In the JV match, Noah Hawkins, Noah Yung, Eli O'Donnell, and Lucian Pavone had some awesome serves. Cameron Winsininski, Finn Long, Jake Ribordy and Sam Sheehan made amazing passes, and Josh Conforti, Thomas Anderson, and Jesiah Marungo had their best games of the season.
