The stigma surrounding mental illness prevents 40% of people who experience anxiety or depression from seeking help. Mental health should be viewed the same as physical health. Make sure you are choosing your words carefully when talking about mental health with others and help end the stigma by wearing green tomorrow, the color of mental health awareness.
Viking Gamer Club for 7th and 8th graders will take place on Friday from 3:20-5:20. Remember you can invite your teachers to come play with us.
