Attention all 7th and 8th graders interested in playing piano, bass, or guitar in the GMS Jazz Bands. Go to the GMS South Students Teams Site and fill out the Google Form posted on the General Page. This is the same Teams Site where you go to order lunch and log your attendance. Mr. Flaks will then send you more information on Jazz Band. Let the swinging begin!
Do you enjoy helping others? Leo’s Club is for you! You will develop your leadership skills and experience great teamwork and collaboration, all while making new friends and experiencing the gift of giving back to your community. The first meeting for "A" day students is going to be Wednesday September 23rd, and “B” day students is going to be Thursday September 24th after school until 4:15 in Ms. Beyer’s room 223.
There is still plenty of time to sign up for Ms. Mack’s felt owl project! It’s going to be a Teams meeting, so you can do it from the comfort of your home, after school, on Thursday, September 24th. Order forms are in the office and will be due back tomorrow.
Also, if you are an "A" day student, don’t forget to come this Friday, September 18th after school for Movie Night to see the new Mulan movie! "B" students will have their Mulan Movie Night the following Friday, September 25th. It’s free admission but be sure to bring a little extra money for movie snacks!
The library has gone... TO GO. Now, in addition to checking out titles in person or from the bookmobile, you can check out a book TO GO. Check your email from Mrs. Fedor for directions on how to have your book checked out and ready when you walk through. Also, maybe you would like to design our library TO GO card? Stop by and pick up a paper with the directions.
