Coming up on May 16th is the Student/Faculty basketball game. Any 8th grader with a physical on file can play. Don’t want to play? Maybe you can be a team manager. If you’re interested in playing or managing, get a permission slip from Mrs. Fedor in the library.
Gaming Club will be meeting from 3:30-4:20 on Tuesday. Come enjoy some video games with your friends before the year ends!
From the Sports Desk:
The Varsity boys’ volleyball team battled Jefferson, the best team in the conference. They won the first set thanks to an excellent set played by Timothy McQuesten. He had several awesome kills and a couple excellent blocks! The boys did end up losing in two sets, but Charlie Evans had a great game as libero in the 2nd set as he consistently gave great passes to teammates.
The JV boys’ team won in two sets! Noah Fitzjerrells had an excellent 2nd set playing both the front and back row and got multiple great points for his team. Charlie Krog passed well and started the first set off with a 4-point serving run to help the team get a first set win!
