From the Sports Desk:

On Tuesday, the 8th grade girls’ volleyball team traveled to Herget to take on the Huskies. It's safe to say they sleigh-ed the competition! In the A game, the A team was led by Emma Peterson's clutch serves and Reagan Grubb's sets. Although the game went to three sets, the Grubb-Peterson connection was strong and helped send the Huskies back to the dog pound.

In the B game, the Huskies were all bark with no bite. Indie 'Ice Cold' Ogden served ace upon ace, Mara Ternberg had a four-point serving streak, and Ruby Fiore's awesome defense helped secure the victory for the Vikings and send the Huskies running with their tails between their legs. Up next, the Vikings take on Thompson on the road next Monday.
