From the Sports Desk:

Aurora Herget came to South last night to take on the 7th grade girls volleyball teams! The 7A Girls Volleyball team dominated the Herget Huskies on the court last night. Avery Dunne was on fire in the back row, racking up 15 points in serves alone. Outside hitter Olivia Campana was a force in the front row with some fantastic tips over the net and some great blocks.

In the 7B game, the huskies thought they were going to walk all over us but their bark was worse than their bite! The Vikings gave up set 1 but came back tough to win the next two sets! Avery Maier had some fire serves in the second and third set and phenomenal all-around game play to keep the Vikings winning streak alive. Everley Miller was running all over the court making spectacular plays.

Reminder there is no 7th grade practice after school today! Go Vikings!
