From the Sports Desk:

Your JV Viking football team went toe to toe with rival the Thunder of Thompson Middle School. Cody Rader was dominant on the ground and in the air. He ran for one touchdown and threw for two more to Austen Ganz and Michael Lutzow. Cody Brown was relentless on both sides of the ball with a strong defensive performance and two rushing touchdowns. On defense, Logan Garcia recovered a big fumble, and Henry Hoepfner came up with a big tackle for a loss to stifle the Thunder.  In the end Thompson's thunder was more like a autumn shower than a storm, and your Vikings came out victorious with a score of 36-18
