Its BACK! Our Young Author’s book club is back by popular demand, and we’ve gone virtual! Join us as we celebrate how Reading Rocks during Read Across America Week – Tuesday, March 2nd, at 7:00pm via Microsoft Teams. There will be books, games, and prizes – what more could you ask for? See your LA teachers, Mrs. Fedor, or Mrs. Hollis for details and permission slips.

Virtual Science Club will meet again this Thursday, February 25th, from 4:00-4:45. This week you will be working with Circuits- Wire Loop Game Build. Be sure to pick up your kit outside the main office that you will need for this experiment. If you have any questions, see Mr. Duber in the 7W team center!
Don’t forget-- Snack Attack with Miss Mack will be on Tuesday, March 9th and Thursday, March 11th. If you like cooking and eating some delectable food, this is for you! Permission slips are in the main office and the cost is $10 a person. Be sure to return your permission slip and money by March 5th. Space is limited, so be sure to turn them in as soon as you can.
Also, Color Me Mine will be at GMS South on Tuesday, March 16th! You will be able to choose a mug, bowl, or plate to paint and learn some new design techniques! Permission slips are in the main office and the cost will be $25 a person. Be sure to turn them in by March 5th.
Just a reminder to our current 7th graders, 8th grade course elective sign-up for next year has been sent out via email. Make sure to review it with your parent/guardian and submit your form by Monday, March 1st.
