Looking to cap an already incredible season and to seek revenge against the only team to beat them this season, the 7th grade B basketball team faced off last night with the Redhawks of Wredling Middle School.  The 7th Grade B basketball team emerged victorious, defeating Wredling in overtime by a score of 36-32!   In what proved to be a true team effort, all eleven players on the roster made key plays throughout the game. Leading the scoring for the conference tournament champs was Sam Cervenka, who scored 10 points, including an incredible 8 for 8 from the free throw line in overtime!  Noah Hallahan scored 7 points, Nick Norkus scored 6, while Lucas Burghardt chipped in 4 points.  Jack Higgins, Cooper Black, Ryder Krempin, and Ellis Dziadus each scored 2 points.  Kaleb Smith displayed some sweet handles, while Noah Kettlewell and Quinn Hood both came up with huge steals for the victorious Vikings.  Ending the season with an overall record of 9-1 and having won both the regular season conference title and the conference tournament title, this team will go down as one of the greatest 7th grade B teams in school history!
