And in wrestling, the Vikings traveled to Thompson Middle School to face a very tough and experienced squad. Jay Lechtenberg was a smooth criminal in his matchup, robbing his opponent of their win with a sly escape and a half nelson pin combination of his own. Quinn Hogan was at it again, apparently getting some early shotput practice in, throwing his opponent outside the ring several times before getting a win by pinfall.  Of course, what are wrestling announcements without mentioning Joey “Takedown” Torrence, as he was out to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that he simply doesn’t like losing, winning by an 11-2 decision. Finally, Nate “The Great” Garlock was once again disappointing opposing fans and inspiring fellow Vikings by going the distance in his 6-5 victory, keeping his undefeated streak alive with a Herculean effort.
