This semester Geneva High School will be partnering with Fox Valley Hands of Hope to provide additional support for students to help them connect and grow through grief.
Licensed counselors specializing in loss will be offering an eight-week, school-based support group called Project Hope. The group is designed to help teenagers deal with death using healthy coping skills. The group will meet during the school day and will run Oct. 12-Dec. 3.
If you are interested in your child participating in Project Hope, please see the flyer below and contact your student’s school counselor. The registration deadline for the fall group is Tuesday, Sept. 28.
