Last night, a packed house was on hand to watch the undefeated Viking varsity football team take on the Huskies of Herget Middle School, and the Viking offense treated them to a show! Quarterback Ben Peterson threw for three first-half touchdowns to Nelson Wendell, Josh Frieders and Bennett Konkey and added a fourth with his legs as the Vikings rushed out to a 32-point lead at the break. On the defensive side, the Vikings dominated the Huskies. Frieders recovered a first half fumble and Jack Price added an interception and the varsity Vikings cruised to a 32-6 victory and a 3-0 conference record.  
Next up for the Vikings: Junior varsity versus Aurora Jewell next Monday.
