Viking Alliance will have its first
meeting after school this Friday, October 4th in the Reading Lounge.

If you are
interested in the Bowling Intramural which starts next week on October 10th.
Permission slips are available in the Main Office. Remember, this is a combined
intramural with both North and South.
Thanks to the Green Team you can now recycle broken pens and
pencils along with dried up markers. Collection bins are in the team
centers.
7th
and 8th graders, are you interested in cheerleading? Please sign-up
during your lunch period this week and attend an informational meeting next
Thursday, October 10th at North in Ms. DiNatale’s room 124. All participants need to have a physical on file before try-outs!

The 7th grade football team came to play, but
unfortunately that was not enough as the Spartans from Sycamore beat the
Vikings 38-12. Will Peterson and Caden Anderson both had long touchdowns of 40
yards plus in the game. The 7th Grade Vikings have their last game of the
season next Tuesday at Prairie Knolls Middle School.
