Can you sing, dance, juggle, play an instrument or do you have another talent?  Well then, the Variety Show is just for you.  Share your talents at the most entertaining show of the year.  Open to all grade levels.  Also looking for MC's / Hosts for this year's show (good for actors and actresses).  Sign up for an audition in the Main Office.  See Mr. Japlon in 7 White with any questions.

 

Students and staff don’t forget to bring in food for our annual Food drive this week.  Food items should be dropped off in your team center.   The grade level with the most items will earn music during their lunch.

Math Club meets today after school at North in Mrs. Gain's room 122. Come explore a puzzling riddle with us and enjoy some snacks too.

 

The first yearbook meeting of the year is today immediately after school in Room 113 (Mr. Sempsrott's room in the 8White team center). We will be meeting with a representative of the yearbook publisher to choose our cover. The meeting will end at 4:20. See Mr. Sempsrott with any questions.

Other meetings this week include Art Club today, Green Team on Wednesday and Science Club on Thursday.

Calling all 6th Graders – Do you want to get the most from your time in middle school?  On Saturday, November 2nd, high school students will share what they learned that can make middle school so much better and easier for you.  Local high schoolers will join 6th graders in a one-day event called Trek for Boys and Trek for Girls.  Registration ends today, so ask your parents to follow the TriCity Family Services’ link in their district email to sign you up for Trek for Boys or Trek for Girls. You don’t want to miss this chance to have fun and learn from those who have gone before you.  For more information, go to TriCityFamilyServices.org.

and see how identical you can go!

 

This Friday, October 25th is Picture Retake Day!  If you were absent for picture day, this is your chance to get your picture taken.  Or, if you didn’t like the first picture you took and you ordered a packet, just bring that packet to school on Friday, turn it in and get a new picture taken!
