Once a child is enrolled and/or verification is complete, HES provides school registration steps for each school year. SCROLL DOWN for current registration information.

2024-25 Registration Information

All of the steps for registering your child(ren) at Heartland are listed below.  Please follow the instructions below and complete all steps as soon as possible, to ensure we are prepared to welcome your student(s) for the upcoming school year.

  1. Pay required registration fees in PushCoin.  (Tip: use eCheck or debit card to avoid credit card fees).  If you do not yet have a PushCoin account, you will need to create one.
  2. Print, complete, and return required health forms below.
  3. If not completed in April/May, returning students should complete the required online verification on Home Access Center.
  4. Review optional purchases and donations below.
Please note that your child(ren) will not be placed in a class until these steps are complete.

Fee Waiver Application

 

Some families may qualify to have their school fees waived. The Board of Education for Geneva Community Unit School District 304 requires a separate application for a waiver of school fees. An Application for Fee Waiver needs to be completed IN ADDITION TO the Free Lunch Application. Both applications can be found on the district website or can be picked up at your student’s school.

Required Health Forms

The following health forms are required for Kindergartners and returning students; please turn them into the health office prior to the first day of school. Please click here to access and print all Geneva 304 health forms.

Kindergarten:

  • Physical and Immunization Form (with Lead screening & Claim for Exemption(s) if applicable)
  • Dental Form
  • Eye Examination Form

Second Grade: 

  • Dental Form
