This is a one-time process for guardians of every student who is new to Geneva School District. Enroll your student on the District's website.

Once a child is enrolled and/or verification is complete, HES provides school registration steps for each school year. SCROLL DOWN for current registration information.

2026-27 Registration Information

All of the steps for registering your child(ren) at Heartland are listed below.  Please follow the instructions below and complete all steps as soon as possible, to ensure we are prepared to welcome your student(s) for the upcoming school year.

  1. Pay required registration fees in PushCoin between July 20-August 14, 2026 (Tip: use eCheck or debit card to avoid credit card fees). 
  2. Print, complete, and return required health forms below.
  3. Review optional purchases and donations below.
NOTE:  Registration is pending and your child(ren) will not be placed in a class until all the above steps are completed. 

Fee Waiver Application

 

Some families may qualify to have their school fees waived. The Board of Education for Geneva Community Unit School District 304 requires a separate application for a waiver of school fees. An Application for Fee Waiver needs to be completed IN ADDITION TO the Free Lunch Application. Both applications can be found on the district website or can be picked up at your student’s school.

Required Health Forms

All New Students, Kindergarteners, and 2nd  graders have mandated School Health Forms due at the beginning of the school year.  Call now to schedule your appointments: Click here to see the mandated examinations for your grade and print to bring to your provider. Forms may be turned in to your child's school as soon as they are completed.
