Today is our last day for families to select the Back Together 304 learning plan for your K-12 student. I would like to thank the Geneva 304 school community for your input, feedback, and patience as we have tried to build a flexible and adaptable plan that is aligned to guidance from state regulatory agencies.

This is a reminder that the deadline to choose your K-12 student’s learning selection is 11:59 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday July 28. The instructions, which also include your student’s transportation selection, are provided below. Please remember that students whose families do not complete this process by the deadline will be placed in the In-Person Learning setting. Back Together Web Device Thumbnail Important Message Regarding School-Issued Devices for 6th and 9th Grades

The following information only applies to students who will be entering 6th and 9th grades and were enrolled during the 2019-20 school year (as 5th- and 8th-graders). Students who are entering grades 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, or 12 will continue to use the school-issued device they received last year throughout the 2020-21 school year.

This week, we opened the window for families to select the Back Together 304 learning model that works best for their families. We are asking families to complete these steps (which are also provided below and on our website for your convenience) by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, July 28. Students whose families do not complete this process by July 28 will be placed in the In-Person Learning setting. This timeframe is necessary so that we can effectively facilitate staffing, schedules, and learning opportunities, just to name a few. If you have not yet selected the learning model for your student in grades K-12, we ask that you follow these steps:

Having trouble with your child's 1:1 device at home? Follow these steps: 
  1. First, check out our online 1:1 Troubleshooting Guide.
  2. Students may enter a help desk ticket via the Web Help Desk system.
  3. Parents may email Home Access Center at [email protected] with an explanation of the issue.
