The Family and Consumer Sciences Department offers courses in a variety of areas including Child Development and Early Childhood, Housing and Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. Courses when taken in sequence will provide orientation, exploration and occupational preparation.
